Pedicures are more than just beauty treatments; they’re also good for your feet! A professional pedicure will remove odor-causing bacteria, dead skin cells, and calluses while increasing circulation for improved blood flow and enhanced foot health.
At first, trying your own pedi at home may seem daunting, but the process is much simpler than expected. Just follow these simple tips for a spa-quality pedicure for your feet.
Prepare Your Supplies
Do your best to prepare before arriving at the nail salon; doing so will lead to more satisfying and effective services. Have your supplies, including candles and soothing music, to create an ambiance for a DIY pedicure station at home.

Once your nails are dry, Brittney Glass recommends applying a layer of cuticle oil. This will hydrate your cuticles and extend the color of your pedicure – it should also help hydrate feet that may have become rough over time! Prep Nails for Polish
At-home pedicures require polish as the last step, with several layers applied before proceeding to prevent clumping and streaking. Applying cuticle oil before painting your nails can also help keep them from lifting, explains esthetician Sana Dhanani.
She recommends applying oil with a cotton pad (not a ball) and leaving it for 60 seconds before pushing back cuticles using either metal or wooden nail pusher sticks. You can also use nail nippers to cut away dead skin around nails–just be careful not to accidentally damage live tissue!
Filing your nails properly means filing them straight across rather than rounded, which could lead to ingrown toenails. If you have trouble with calluses, try using a foot file that will smooth away rough skin without being too harsh on your nails. Apply Nail Polish
As the final step of your pedicure, apply a top coat. This will extend its durability while giving it an exquisite, shiny finish.

Группа форекс-компаний «Телетрейд» известна в разных странах, как мошенническая организация, сливающая счета своих клиентов на офшоры через преступные схемы.
Данные обвинения не голословны – их подтверждают громкие уголовные дела в России и Казахстане, изгнание из Беларуси и многочисленные скандалы в СМИ. Но «Телетрейд» – не безличное зло, им руководят конкретные личности, одна из которых теперь известна – Сергей Сароян. Популярный бизнес-коуч, вещающий со сцены секреты успешности, не торопится разглашать свое постоянное место работы. В его фейсбуке стыдливо умалчивается тот факт, что в настоящее время он является CEO «Телетрейд» в Украине. (Доказательства этого представлены ниже.) Именно неожиданная скромность продавца «успешного успеха» – лишнее свидетельство гнилой природы брокера. Сергей Сароян хорошо отдает себе отчет, что гордится ему абсолютно нечем, работа в такой организации – несмываемое пятно позора на деловой репутации.
Из чьих рук кормится Сергей Сароян – шишки «Телетрейд»
Основатель данной компании известен еще со времен, когда ее репутация хоть что-то из себя представляла. Владимир Чернобай – «отец», идейный вдохновитель и единственный владелец «Телетрейд» до самого момента своей бесславной кончины в 2019 году. После открытия уголовного производства в России, главный подозреваемый сбежал за границу, где полгода спустя скончался от рака. Газета «КоммерсантЪ» посвятила этому саркастическую статью, которую можно прочесть по ссылке.
Однако у покойного остались наследники и «достойные» продолжатели черного дела – супруга Анна, племянник Олег Суворов, заместители и прихлебатели воюют за право руководить «Телетрейд». Именно перед этими людьми отчитывается Сергей Сароян.
Сергей Сароян и его работа мечты под крылышком «Телетрейд»
Каким низкокачественным человеком нужно быть, чтобы не только работать в «Телетрейд», но добиться здесь карьерных высот? Лично принимать решения, которые разрушают жизни людей? Сергей Сароян подходит для «Телетрейд» идеально, хотя компания не сразу поняла, как ей повезло с таким сотрудником. Зато для Сарояна это было очевидно – всех своих хоть сколько-нибудь значительных успехов он сумел добиться только здесь.
Те, кому пришлось узнать Сарояна лично, утверждают, что таких подлецов, как он, редко встретишь в естественных условиях. Сергей Сароян относится к людям, которые никогда не упустят своей выгоды и ставят личные материальные интересы выше принципов, совести и морали. В случае необходимости, он умеет подстроиться под ситуацию и может выйти сухим из любой воды. Наобещать гору кому угодно – не проблема, равно как забыть о своих обещаниях и переступить через договоренности. Подставить сообщников – плевое дело, вот причина его увольнения из «Телетрейд».
Закончив академию связи, он сперва пытался пристроиться по профессии. Из телекоммуникационной компании его, по слухам, выгнали за склонность к доносительству. В дальнейшем эти навыки принесли пользу в «Телетрейд». Карьерный взлет на ниве форекс-махинаций Сароян испытал в 2005-2006 годах, когда занял должность куратора украинского подразделения «Телетрейд». Вся национальная сеть офисов брокера подчинялась ему. Кроме украинских, Сароян руководил офисами зарубежом. Сергей Сароян зарабатывал не фиксированную сумму, а три процента от так называемого инаута. Этот брокерский термин означает результат, полученный в результате вычета суммы вывода из суммы ввода. Одно существование такого термина разбивает вдребезги сладкую сказочку о легких заработках, потому что значение инаута никогда не бывает минусовым. Клиенты «Телетрейд» только в Украине ежемесячно вносили на брокерские счета от полутора миллиона долларов, а выводили не более полумиллиона. Таким образом, инаут был равен миллиону, а Сароян получал свои 30 тысяч долларов. Немаленькая зарплата, но алчному куратору ее было мало. Мысль, что клиенты «имеют наглость» выводить полмиллиона долларов обратно не давала ему покоя. Чтобы «аут» стал нулевым, Сергей Сароян принялся активно заманивать клиентов на «Биржу трейдеров». Этот проект пассивного инвестирования был создан «Телетрейд», с целью обойти запрет на взятие средств в управление. Брокер ничего не брал – это делали «независимые» участники Биржи, которые сидели на зарплате в «Телетрейд». Сергей Сароян делал все, чтобы клиенты вкладывали свои средства именно сюда, где было очень удобно их сливать – достаточно отдать распоряжение подконтрольному торговцу и тот жал на нужные кнопки. Украинский инаут дорос до полутора миллиона и сравнялся с суммой введенных средств. Клиенты не получали обратно ничего, о заработках можно не упоминать. Сергей Сароян только с Украины имел 45 тысяч долларов в месяц.. Однако подобная ситуация не могла продолжаться долго. Репутация «Телетрейд» катастрофически ухудшилась, Сергей Сароян стал крайним, расплатившись хлебной должностью.
Следующие пять лет стали тяжелыми для мошенника. Найти похожий источник дохода он не смог и стремительно беднел. Коучинг стал способом хоть как-то поддержать штаны. Неудивительно, что когда в «Телетрейд» сменилось руководство и там вспомнили о виртуозном лжеце, Сергей Сароян бегом поскакал к старому работодателю.
Сегодня у него в подчинении находятся все клиентские офисы в шести странах, среди которых Украина. Причем он уже не куратор, а директор, и получает не 3%, а часть от всех слитых сумм. Как бы он не старался скрыть свою причастность к «Телетрейд», пострадавшим от махинаций брокера удалось узнать о ней. Общественная организация жертв «Биржи трейдеров» раздобыла инсайдерскую запись, где Сергей Сароян представляется сотрудникам и напрямую говорит, какую должность занимает. Эту запись жертвы «Телетрейд» продемонстрировали на публичном мероприятии, где вскрыли черные дела «Телетрейд» и обнародовали имя непосредственного участника.
Брифинг, в ходе которого показана запись, состоялся в прошлом году. Цель его проведения – публично рассказать о циничном многолетнем обмане «Телетрейд» и назвать имена тех, кто замешан. Цель максимум – добиться возбуждения уголовного дела против украинского филиала. Если подобное уголовное дело, по примеру соседних стран, действительно будет возбуждено, Сергей Сароян точно не отделается ролью свидетеля.
Как Сергей Сароян уничтожает украинскую экономику
Биржа трейдеров,набравшая невиданную популярность, во время первого «правления» Сарояна в «Телетрейд» опустошала не только украинские карманы. Российские СМИ писали несколько лет назад о невиданном размахе грабежа, творящемся здесь. Почитать можно по ссылкам: здесь и здесь.
Не меньше пострадал и Казахстан, где правоохранители активизировались весной прошлого года. Местное руководство – коллег Сарояна – посадили в СИзо. СМИ писали об этом: здесь и здесь.
Российские уголовные дела удалось замять – для этого Олегу Суворову и другим хозяевам брокера приходится платить ежемесячные отчисления со своих барышей. Суммы взяток достигают сотен тысяч долларов. Кроме того, со слов российских сотрудников «Телетрейд», чиновники заставляют топов также отстегивать процент на военные расходы России в Донбасском регионе. Учитывая, что суммы, с которых отчисляется процент, увеличивает для своих боссов Сергей Сароян, он виноват не только в обнищании своих сограждан, их убивают косвенным образом благодаря его стараниям.
Удивительно, конечно, что украинских «Телетрейд» вместе со своим боссом все еще остается в неприкосновенности. Не взирая на огромные обороты средств, которые здесь похищаются и выводятся из национальной экономики в офшоры, правоохранители бездействуют. Украинские инсайдеры рассказали организации клиентов, как именно Сароян успокаивает сотрудников. Якобы им нечего бояться, ведь киберполиция находится в него «в кармане». Хотелось бы верить в то, что это ложь, и правосудие в ближайшее время доберется до мошенников. Но пока ситуация остается неутешительной: Сергей Сароян продолжает наживаться на чужих деньгах.
